Arrive Kota Kinabalu → Kinabatangan River
Airport pickup and scenic transfer to your eco-lodge on the banks of the Kinabatangan River. Settle in and enjoy an evening river cruise to spot wildlife at dusk.
River Cruises & Wildlife Encounters
Morning and evening river cruises with an expert nature guide. Look for proboscis monkeys, pygmy elephants, hornbills, crocodiles, and the elusive flat-headed cat.
Sepilok Orangutan & Sun Bear Centres
Visit the Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre for the morning feeding session, then head to the Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre — the world’s only facility dedicated to sun bear rescue.
Gomantong Caves & Departure
Optional morning visit to the Gomantong Caves (famous for swiftlet nests and the remarkable cave ecosystem). Transfer back to Kota Kinabalu for your onward journey.
